Articles of Virtu accepts the return of products purchased from our online gallery subject to the terms and conditions outlined below. A product can be returned by a buyer at any time. A buyer may return only one product at a time and may not utilize the return policy set forth herein until the credit for the returned product has been used in its entirety. 

As used herein, the term “buyer” shall refer to the person or entity listed on the face of the applicable purchase invoice, and the term “product” shall refer to the one product described on the face of such invoice that the buyer wishes to return and which Articles of Virtu has agreed to accept pursuant to the terms and conditions set forth herein. 

A credit will be issued in the amount paid by the buyer for the product as set forth in the invoice [less sales tax, shipping, restocking fees, handling fee] (the “gallery credit”). Any gallery credit issued to the buyer by Articles of Virtu with respect to a product returned as provided herein can only be used towards the purchase of any other product(s) in Articles of Virtu’ inventory. Gallery credits will be posted to the buyer’s account. Unused credits cannot be assigned or transferred by the buyer to any third party.
